- Inform your provider of all medications and supplements
- Come with a clean face — no makeup, lotions, or sunscreen
- Stay well hydrated
- Schedule at least 2 weeks before any special occasion
✦ After Your Appointment
- Stay upright for at least 4 hours — no lying down
- Do not touch, rub, or massage the treated areas for 24 hours
- Results begin to appear in 3–5 days, fully visible at 2 weeks
- A touch-up appointment is recommended at 2 weeks if needed
- Contact your provider if you experience any unusual symptoms

Frequently Asked Questions
What patients ask most before their first neurotoxin appointment.
All three are neurotoxins that temporarily relax the muscles behind expression lines. Botox is the most established and widely studied. Jeuveau was developed specifically for aesthetic use and works very similarly. Daxxify is formulated with a peptide instead of human albumin, and for some patients its results may last longer. Your injector will help you choose.
At Keystone Wellness, Botox is $13 per unit, Daxxify is $9.00 per unit, and Jeuveau is $11.50 per unit. A lip flip is a flat $100 with Daxxify or Jeuveau, or $125 with Botox. The number of units you need depends on the areas treated and your muscle strength; your injector will give you a clear total before treatment.
Most patients enjoy results for about three to four months. Results begin to appear in 3–5 days and are fully visible at two weeks. A touch-up visit at two weeks is recommended if needed.
Most patients describe a quick pinch. There’s no real downtime: stay upright for four hours, avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours, and schedule at least two weeks before a special event.
